Pricing

Order Confirmation

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization or confirmation of Cash on Delivery eligibility.

Customers will receive order confirmation details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected serviceable locations across India.

Divinely reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, high-risk orders, or operational limitations.

Failed Transactions

In case of payment failure while the amount has been debited from the customer’s account, customers are advised to wait for the bank settlement timeline.

If the amount is not automatically reversed within the bank’s processing period, customers may contact us for assistance.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website, purchase of products, or services offered by Divinely shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Maharashtra, India.
